The Instituto Tecnológico de Transporte e Trânsito (ITT), registered under CNPJ No. 03.554.290/0001-03, headquartered at Av. São Sebastião, 47, sala 5B, Centro, Quatro Barras/PR, CEP 83.420-000, Brazil, is the controller of the personal data processed on its website, its landing pages and its advertising campaigns. This policy explains what data we collect, what we use it for and how you can control it.
1. Data we collect
Data you provide
Name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, city and, when required for enrollment or invoicing, CPF (Brazilian taxpayer ID), in addition to the information you write in contact and interest forms, including Meta Lead Ads and Google Lead Form forms.
Data collected automatically
IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, pages visited, traffic source, campaign parameters and conversion events, obtained through cookies, pixels and tags.
We do not request sensitive data, such as racial origin, religious belief, political opinion or health information, and we ask that you do not send it through our forms.
2. How we use your data
- to respond to contact requests and requests for information about courses and services;
- to process enrollments and provide the contracted services;
- to measure page audiences and ad performance;
- to display personalized ads and remarketing campaigns, with your consent;
- to send communications about courses and news, with your consent;
- to prevent fraud and comply with legal, regulatory and tax obligations.
Each use relies on a legal basis under the LGPD: performance of a contract and preliminary procedures, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent, as applicable.
3. Cookies, pixels and advertising
We use cookies necessary for the website to work and, with your consent, performance and advertising cookies. To deliver and measure our campaigns, we use Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms), Google Ads and Google Tag, Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. These tools allow us to attribute conversions, optimize delivery and create custom and lookalike audiences.
You can review or withdraw your consent at any time:
ITT does not use facial recognition, biometrics, vehicle telemetry or GPS tracking in its campaigns.
4. Data sharing
We share data with advertising platforms (Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc.); with technology providers acting as processors (hosting, cloud, email, CRM and security); with accredited partners when necessary to fulfill your request; and with public authorities when required by law.
ITT does not sell, rent or transfer personal data to third parties. When we send email addresses or phone numbers to advertising platforms to build audiences, the transmission is encrypted (hashed).
Because these providers maintain servers abroad, your data may be processed outside Brazil. This international transfer follows the safeguards set out in articles 33 to 36 of the LGPD, based on standard contractual clauses signed with the respective processors.
5. Data retention period
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes of this policy:
| Type of data | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Contacts that did not result in a contract | Up to 24 months |
| Tax and enrollment data | 5 years, under the applicable tax legislation |
| Application access logs | 6 months, under the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet) |
| Marketing data | Until consent is withdrawn |
After these periods, the data is deleted or anonymized.
6. Information security
We adopt technical and administrative protection measures, including encryption in transit, role-based access control and log monitoring. In the event of an incident posing a relevant risk, we will notify the ANPD (Brazilian Data Protection Authority) and the affected data subjects, under article 48 of the LGPD.
7. Your rights
You may, at any time:
- confirm that your data is being processed;
- access your data and correct it;
- request the anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in breach of the law;
- request the portability of your data to another service or product provider;
- find out which public and private entities we share your data with;
- withdraw your consent and object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- request a review of decisions made solely on the basis of automated processing of personal data, where applicable.
Just write to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) at dpo@itt.org.br. We respond within 15 calendar days and may ask you to confirm your identity before fulfilling the request.
8. How to turn off personalized ads
- Google: adjust your Ad Settings (My Ad Center) in your Google Account.
- Meta: go to Settings and Privacy › Ad Preferences on Facebook or Instagram.
- Browser: block or delete cookies in your privacy settings.
- Email and WhatsApp: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the messages or reply SAIR.
9. Children and adolescents
Our campaigns are aimed at people over 18 or candidates eligible to start the driver training process. ITT does not intentionally collect personal data from children (under 12). When an offer is aimed at adolescents, processing will follow article 14 of the LGPD, with specific consent from at least one parent or legal guardian.
